Telecom Lease Advisors Appoints New Chief Operating Officer

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Telecom Lease Advisors (“TLA”), a telecom land lease acquisition firm, announced that Seth Evenson has joined the company as chief operating officer. In this role Evenson will be responsible for developing and overseeing the back-office support functions including underwriting, processing, closing and servicing. Evenson is based in Los Angeles.
Most recently, Evenson spent five years at Wells Fargo as a senior relationship manager, where he provided credit and banking services to middle-market companies in the Los Angeles area. Prior to that, he spent five years in the telecom lease acquisition industry maintaining various roles and responsibilities including capital markets and underwriting.

TLA and GTCR, a leading private equity firm, entered into a partnership in March 2012.
